Thank you for the opportunity to introduce our product. XTOP is the innovative mobile laptop desk that lets you use your device hands totally free, anywhere, on the go or at home. When you deploy it, it puts the laptop in front of you, and you can adjust according to your arms length. You can stand, walk around, sit down, or unfasten it and use it as a stand/riser by deploying the kickstand. This product looks and works exactly as shown in the demo video and pictures. No gimmicks. A genuine concern raised by a customer who uses it for medical scribing was about the levers but they were quickly replaced with metal threads. 

1- The key attachment point (like where the swivel piece is connected by a screw),though not visible, has a metal female thread inserted into the plastic and molded over. So it may appear like a weak point because the metal inserted there is not visible, but it is not. 

2- The levers that hold the laptop now have stainless steel threads and are unbreakable. (Unlike other devices that just loosely sit the laptop with nothing to hold it, These allow to firmly secure the laptop onto the platform).

3- The strap is very strong and will never break or stretch.  

 The XTOP is made out of DURABLE PLASTIC to keep it light-weight for portability, but it is built strong enough to hold the weight of 2 MacBook Pro and keep it at the same angle. Since you are using only one laptop, you do not have to worry. It comes fully assembled and all you will need to do is put your laptop on it and use it. This product is genuinely intended to give laptop users total freedom and flexibility when it comes to using their laptop as they can stand, walk around, sit down or take it off and convert it to a laptop stand.
